- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 5 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples and fresh cranberries with the sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well mixed.
- Pour the fruit mixture into the prepared pie crust and dot it with pieces of butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Notes
Let the pie cool before slicing. It can be served with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
