- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Start by cooking the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sautΓ© for about 3-4 minutes, until soft and translucent.
- Stir in the minced garlic and ground turkey, cooking until the turkey is browned and fully cooked through, approximately 7-10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Incorporate the cooked spaghetti into the mixture, ensuring every strand is fully coated.
- Transfer the spaghetti mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden.
Notes
Assemble the dish the day before and bake directly from the fridge for a convenient meal. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
