- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups pecans
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tbsp bourbon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish, making sure to cover the bottom and sides.
- Spread the pecans evenly across the pie crust.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, bourbon, and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the pecans in the pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Allow the pie to cool before serving.
Notes
Delicious on its own or served with whipped cream or ice cream. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 4-5 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
