Description

Delightful Cannoli Cookies blend traditional cannoli flavors into a soft, chewy treat perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Pistachios for garnishing (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the ricotta cheese and unsalted butter until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, mixing well.
  4. Slowly incorporate all-purpose flour until just combined.
  5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Allow to cool on a wire rack and garnish with pistachios if desired.
