- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken tenders, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and cream cheese until well coated.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs with cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken tender in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently.
- Arrange the coated tenders on a baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving with dipping sauces.
Notes
For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs. Ensure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing. If using large tenders, cut them in half for even baking.
