  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix, halal-certified
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of your favorite cheeses)

  9. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  10. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the potatoes and sausage. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  11. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot with a dollop of sour cream if desired.

Notes

To store leftovers, allow the dish to cool completely. Place it in an airtight container and refrigerate for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warm.
