Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish, ensuring it fits well.
- In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips with heavy cream and espresso powder over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well mixed.
- Gradually stir the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, mixing well to combine.
- Pour the combined mixture into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set; the edges may puff up slightly.
- Once cooled, dust the top with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
