Ingredients

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
- Crushed candy canes (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a mason jar or bowl, combine the oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, peppermint extract, and sweetener.
- Stir well to mix all the ingredients together.
- Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, take the oats out and stir them again. If you want a creamier texture, add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Top with chocolate chips and crushed candy canes before serving, if you wish.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Cover the jar or bowl to keep it sealed.
