- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg until combined.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the heavy cream until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is set.
- Cool completely before serving, ideally with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
Notes
For a smoother filling, blend the pumpkin mixture in a blender. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
