Ingredients

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh or dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a mason jar or bowl, combine the oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, cranberries, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Stir well to mix all the ingredients together.
- Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats. If they’re too thick, add a bit more milk.
- Serve cold or warm, and top with additional cranberries if you like.
Notes
Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to three days. You can also prepare several jars at once for the week.
