  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until soft.
  3. Add the drained butter beans to the skillet, followed by the heavy cream, grated Parmesan, and smoked paprika.
  4. Stir the mixture and allow it to simmer until it thickens to your liking.
