  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley or a handful of chopped fresh parsley for topping
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Lay the chicken breasts in the greased baking dish and coat evenly with the creamy mixture.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, ensuring the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Scatter parsley on top before serving.

Notes

For a crispier top, broil the chicken for a few minutes after baking. Use a meat thermometer for best results.
