- 1 teaspoon dried parsley or a handful of chopped fresh parsley for topping
- 1 cup of mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Lay the chicken breasts in the greased baking dish and coat evenly with the creamy mixture.
- Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, ensuring the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Scatter parsley on top before serving.
Notes
For a crispier top, broil the chicken for a few minutes after baking. Use a meat thermometer for best results.
