- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated veggie-friendly Parmesan
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the tomato sauce and heavy cream. Stir well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti in the skillet with the sauce, making sure every strand is coated.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan before serving.
Notes
For a kick, add red pepper flakes. Customize with veggies or protein as desired.
