Description

A quick and easy creamy tomato pasta dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights, combining rich tomato sauce with smooth cream.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated veggie-friendly Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the tomato sauce and heavy cream. Stir well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the skillet with the sauce, making sure every strand is coated.
  5. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan before serving.

Notes

For a kick, add red pepper flakes. Customize with veggies or protein as desired.
