- 1 cup sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained (reserve a tablespoon of the oil)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- In the slow cooker, add the chicken breasts in a single layer.
- In a bowl, mix sun dried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken, spoon some sauce over each piece.
- Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours until chicken is tender.
- Serve with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes, garnished with fresh basil.
Notes
