- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ginger
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In the crockpot, combine the cubed chicken, tomato sauce, butter, garam masala, ginger, and salt.
- Stir everything together well.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- In the final 10 minutes of cooking, stir in the heavy cream.
- Once done, serve the dish warm with rice or naan.
