Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the potatoes and onions using a sharp knife or mandoline.
  2. Layer the sliced potatoes, onions, and cheese in the crockpot.
  3. Pour the milk over the layered ingredients.
  4. Season with salt and pepper throughout the layers.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours until the potatoes are tender and creamy.
