Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 ½ lbs cucumbers, sliced
  • ½ red onion, finely sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, grated garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Slice the cucumbers and red onion finely.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, red onion, and chopped dill.
  4. Drizzle the yogurt dressing over the vegetables and toss until everything is well coated.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Notes
