Instructions
- In a mason jar or a bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
- Stir well until all ingredients are mixed together.
- Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, prepare the icing by mixing the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until the mixture is smooth.
- Stir the oats and add a splash of milk if the mixture is too thick.
- Drizzle the icing over the oats before serving.
Notes
Use gluten-free oats for a gluten-free option. Adjust sweetness based on personal taste. You can add fruits or nuts for extra flavor.
