- 3/4 cup powdered sugar

- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a mixer bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar on medium-low speed for about 4 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and beat until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture, beating until just combined.
- Gently fold in the sprinkles, being careful not to overmix.
- Shape the dough into 1.5-tablespoon balls and place them on the prepared cookie sheets, leaving about 2 inches between each.
- Bake for 11-12 minutes, until edges are lightly browned but centers remain soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
