Description

A quick and easy dish that combines garlic and butter with pasta for a rich and comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces dried pasta noodles
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Reserve some pasta water, then drain the rest.
  3. In a skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over low heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté lightly until fragrant.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and mix well.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Add the reserved pasta water and the remaining butter. Toss everything until the pasta looks glossy.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve immediately, topped with extra Parmesan and chopped parsley for garnish.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use high-quality butter and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Feel free to add cooked vegetables like spinach or cherry tomatoes for added nutrition.
