Description
A warm and cheesy casserole combining ground beef, turkey bacon, and creamy garlic flavors for a comforting weeknight meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crushed garlic croutons
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crisp, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 to 6 minutes, breaking it into small pieces. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the beef, cooking until the onion is translucent, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Remove from heat and fold in the turkey bacon and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine crushed croutons with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
