- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the creamed butter mixture, mixing well.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
- Cool on wire racks after resting on baking sheets for a few minutes.
