Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Diced Celery
- 1/4 cup Diced Red Bell Pepper
- 1/4 cup Diced Red Onion
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt or Mayo
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Lettuce Leaves, for wrapping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the drained tuna, diced celery, diced red bell pepper, and diced red onion.
- Add Greek yogurt or mayonnaise along with lemon juice to the bowl.
- Stir until everything is combined well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can add any favorite optional ingredients for extra flavor.
- Take a lettuce leaf and fill it with the tuna salad mixture.
- Fold the leaf around the filling to create a wrap.
