Ingredients

  • 1 can (5-7 oz) Canned Tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup Diced Celery
  • 1/4 cup Diced Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Diced Red Onion
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt or Mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Lettuce Leaves, for wrapping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the drained tuna, diced celery, diced red bell pepper, and diced red onion.
  2. Add Greek yogurt or mayonnaise along with lemon juice to the bowl.
  3. Stir until everything is combined well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can add any favorite optional ingredients for extra flavor.
  5. Take a lettuce leaf and fill it with the tuna salad mixture.
  6. Fold the leaf around the filling to create a wrap.
