  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly spray or brush a 9×13-inch baking dish with oil to prevent sticking.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well blended.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and spread the creamy mixture evenly over each piece of chicken.
  5. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with plain Greek yogurt. You can enhance the flavor by marinating the chicken in the mixture for an hour before baking. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
