A simple and delicious Mushroom Garlic Butter Pasta that combines buttery mushrooms and garlic with linguine.

- 12 oz linguine
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until they are soft.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Toss the cooked linguine into the skillet with the mushrooms and garlic. Mix well and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve warm and consider pairing with salad or garlic bread. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
