Description

Delicious and nutritious No Bake Protein Energy Balls, perfect for a quick energy boost or a satisfying snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (such as peanut butter or almond butter)
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, nut butter, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. If adding mini chocolate chips, toss them in now.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the mixture resembles a sticky yet firm dough.
  3. If desired, fold in the chopped nuts or seeds for added flavor.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to help them set.
  7. Once set, store the energy balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
