- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pink-colored chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sprinkles
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually add to the creamed mixture.
- Fold in the pink chocolate chips, sprinkles, and nuts (if using).
- Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets, leaving enough space between each scoop.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
