Ingredients
- Himalayan pink salt chunks
- Filtered water
- Optional: lemon juice or ginger
Instructions
- Fill a glass jar a quarter full with Himalayan pink salt chunks.
- Fill the jar with filtered water just to cover the salt.
- Stir or shake gently and leave overnight.
- In the morning, scoop out a teaspoon of the sole water and mix it into a glass of drinking water.
- Drink it first thing in the morning for best results.
Notes
Store the sole water in the fridge for up to a week. You can add lemon or ginger for flavor if desired.
