Description

A simple and refreshing drink using Himalayan pink salt that may help boost metabolism and hydration.


Ingredients

  • Himalayan pink salt chunks
  • Filtered water
  • Optional: lemon juice or ginger

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass jar a quarter full with Himalayan pink salt chunks.
  2. Fill the jar with filtered water just to cover the salt.
  3. Stir or shake gently and leave overnight.
  4. In the morning, scoop out a teaspoon of the sole water and mix it into a glass of drinking water.
  5. Drink it first thing in the morning for best results.

Notes

Store the sole water in the fridge for up to a week. You can add lemon or ginger for flavor if desired.
