Description
A refreshing Polish Cucumber Salad made with thinly sliced cucumbers, sour cream, and herbs. Perfect for hot days or as a side dish.
Ingredients

- 1 cucumber, sliced very thin
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Instructions
- Wash and dry the cucumber, then slice it very thin.
- In a separate bowl, mix together sour cream, salt, chives, dill, and vinegar.
- Gently toss in the cucumber slices until they are well coated with the mixture.
- Serve immediately or let it chill in the fridge for a bit before serving.
Notes
Best served cold. Enjoy as a side to grilled meats or on its own with crusty bread.
