Description

A refreshing Polish Cucumber Salad made with thinly sliced cucumbers, sour cream, and herbs. Perfect for hot days or as a side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, sliced very thin
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the cucumber, then slice it very thin.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together sour cream, salt, chives, dill, and vinegar.
  3. Gently toss in the cucumber slices until they are well coated with the mixture.
  4. Serve immediately or let it chill in the fridge for a bit before serving.

Notes

Best served cold. Enjoy as a side to grilled meats or on its own with crusty bread.
