- 3 large potatoes
- 100 g grated cheese (like Gouda or Emmental)
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Dressing of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Wash and peel the potatoes. Use a mandoline slicer to cut them into thin slices.
- Lay the potato slices overlapping on the prepared baking tray, shaping them into a round or rectangular area.
- Brush the slices lightly with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and generously add the grated cheese on top.
- Bake the potato wraps for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the potatoes are slightly crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Top with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and your dressing of choice, then roll or fold gently.
Notes
For best results, cut the potatoes as thin as possible. You can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days.
