Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sliced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Pour the mixture into a small baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, sugar, and softened butter to form a crumbly topping.
  4. Sprinkle the topping over the apple filling.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
