Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup crushed strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, crushed strawberries, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Chill: Cover the mixture and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Shape the Truffles: Scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  4. Coat with Crumbs: Roll each ball in graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Dip in Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate chips and dip each truffle, allowing excess to drip off. Place them on parchment paper.
