- 12 oz farfalle pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the farfalle according to the package instructions until it is al dente.
- While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced zucchini and the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté them for about 5-7 minutes, until they are tender.
- Once the pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Garnish with the fresh chopped basil before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, with extra basil or Parmesan cheese. Pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
