Description

Tomato Zucchini Pasta is a quick and easy dish that combines vibrant vegetables with pasta for a tasty and healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz farfalle pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the farfalle according to the package instructions until it is al dente.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced zucchini and the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté them for about 5-7 minutes, until they are tender.
  4. Once the pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Garnish with the fresh chopped basil before serving.

Notes
