Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Chopped chilis and cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and garlic powder until smooth.
  2. Place the chicken in the crockpot and pour the peanut sauce over it.
  3. Cook on low for 180-240 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Garnish with chopped chilis and cilantro, if you like.

Notes

Serve over steamed rice or alongside noodles. Add vegetables for a complete meal.
