- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar

- Chopped chilis and cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Place the chicken in the crockpot and pour the peanut sauce over it.
- Cook on low for 180-240 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped chilis and cilantro, if you like.
