- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika optional for extra flavor
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1/4 cup sour cream or ranch optional for serving
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Stir in the cooked chicken, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the chicken is well-seasoned.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Garlic Butter
In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley.
Brush one side of each tortilla with the garlic butter mixture.
