- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or cubed (use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience)
- 2 cups broccoli florets steamed
- 1 cup white rice cooked
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil optional, for greasing the dish
