Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or cubed (use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets steamed
  • 1 cup white rice cooked
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional, for greasing the dish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the casserole dish by lightly greasing a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked broccoli, and cooked rice. Stir to combine.
  • Make the sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken, rice, and broccoli mixture. Stir everything together until the mixture is evenly coated.
  • Add the cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the casserole mixture.
  • Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
