Ingredients

  • 200 g high-quality dark chocolate
  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 50 g white chocolate optional for a layered effect
  • 30 g chopped pistachios
  • 30 g dried rose petals optional for garnish
  • 1 tbsp saffron threads optional for flavor
  • 1 tbsp honey optional for sweetness
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Melt the Chocolate: In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark and milk chocolate together over a double boiler, stirring occasionally until smooth.
  • Add Flavorings: If using, add saffron threads to a tablespoon of warm milk or cream to infuse the flavor. Stir in the vanilla extract and honey into the melted chocolate.
  • Pour Into Mold: Pour the melted chocolate into a chocolate mold or a parchment-lined baking tray, spreading it evenly.
  • Add Toppings: Sprinkle chopped pistachios and dried rose petals on top for texture and decoration. Press gently so they stick to the chocolate.
  • Chill and Set: Place the chocolate in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes until it hardens.
  • Serve: Once set, break or cut the chocolate into pieces and enjoy! Optionally, drizzle with white chocolate for a decorative touch.
