For the Steak Bites:
- 1 lb steak sirloin, ribeye, or strip, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Potatoes:
- 1 lb baby potatoes Yukon Gold or red, cut into quarters
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional, for heat
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice optional, for a fresh kick
Prepare the Ingredients:
Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Quarter the potatoes and toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Sear the Potatoes:
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Remove and set aside.
