Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (sliced into strips)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly cracked
  • 1 tablespoon butter

For the Pasta:

  • 8 oz penne or fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

For the Honey Pepper Sauce:

  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta:

  • Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken:

  • Season chicken strips with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat in panko breadcrumbs.
  • Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy. Set aside on a paper towel.

Make the Sauce:

  • In the same pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well.
  • Add parmesan cheese, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and salt. Stir until smooth and thickened.

Assemble:

  • Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
  • Drizzle honey and black pepper over the crispy chicken.
  • Serve the chicken on top of the pasta and garnish with fresh parsley.
