- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the Chicken: Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for even cooking. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
Make the Coating: In a bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and melted butter. In another bowl, combine ranch dressing and mayonnaise.
Coat the Chicken: Brush the ranch-mayo mixture over each chicken breast. Press the Parmesan-panko mixture onto the chicken to form a thick, even coating.
Bake: Place the coated chicken breasts in the baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Add Cheese & Finish: Remove the chicken from the oven, top with shredded provolone cheese, and return to the oven for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Pair with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or a fresh salad.
