- 3 cups fresh spinach roughly chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms button or cremini, sliced
- 3 cups béchamel sauce homemade or store-bought
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Prepare the filling: Sauté garlic in olive oil, add mushrooms and cook until browned. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
