- 2 –3 cups cooked white or brown rice
- ½ cup honey BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ medium onion chopped
- ½ cup diced bell peppers optional
- 1 –2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese optional
