- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon cooked and crumbled
- 8 ounces mushrooms sliced and sautéed
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
