Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate melted and slightly cooled

Instructions
 

  • Whip the Cream: In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside in the fridge.
  • Make the Base: In another bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Stir in the melted (cooled) chocolate.
  • Fold & Chill: Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate-peanut butter mix in thirds. Spoon into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
