- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach or ½ cup frozen, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Toothpicks or kitchen twine to secure
