For the Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
For the Filling:
- 24 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh strawberries diced
- 8 oz Snickers candy bars chopped
Prepare the Crust:
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth and fluffy.
Gradually add sugar, mixing until fully incorporated. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each is well combined.
Gently fold in the diced strawberries and chopped Snickers until evenly distributed.
Assemble and Bake:
Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for about 60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature for about an hour, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (or overnight) before serving.
Serve:
Top with extra chopped Snickers, fresh strawberries, and a drizzle of caramel sauce, if desired. Enjoy!
