Ingredients
  

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

For the Filling:

  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries diced
  • 8 oz Snickers candy bars chopped

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust:

  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.

Make the Cheesecake Filling:

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth and fluffy.
  • Gradually add sugar, mixing until fully incorporated. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each is well combined.
  • Gently fold in the diced strawberries and chopped Snickers until evenly distributed.

Assemble and Bake:

  • Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for about 60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  • Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature for about an hour, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (or overnight) before serving.

Serve:
