Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas or corn optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  • Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture.
  • Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
  • Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes, until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
